My MagHealy does not charge, charges very slowly or only works while the wireless charger is running.

If you are having trouble charging the MagHealy, make sure the power adapter you are using to plug in the USB cable of the wireless charger can output 2A/5V. Switch off the MagHealy back to position I and put it on the wireless charger. Also check the LED on the wireless charger. If it flashes, this may mean that your power adapter is not supplying enough current or voltage.

Note: At high room temperatures, the charging process is slowed down or temporarily stopped to protect the battery. For optimum performance, we recommend charging the MagHealy at a normal room temperature of approx. 20°C (68°F).
