Press and hold the power button on your Healy for 15 to 20 seconds until the green light is permanently on. When you take your finger off the power button, the green light will turn off. Now, your Healy is reset to factory default and a standard program is loaded from memory.
Also, the battery indicator calibration is reset and needs to be calibrated again.

Note: It takes a few charge cycles to calibrate the battery indicator. The battery charge may not be displayed correctly until you have fully discharged and recharged the battery a few times.
