The Healy battery is not fully charged

  1. Charge for extended period: Leave your Healy device connected to the charger until the green LED light is OFF. It usually takes about 4 hours for a full charge, but it may take up to 12 hours, especially if the battery is deep discharged or new.
  2. Check the pulsing green light: While charging, ensure the green light is pulsing. If not, try resetting the charging process by disconnecting and reconnecting the charger.
  3. Try a different charger/outlet: If the issue persists, attempt charging with a different charger or connect to another power outlet.
  4. Press power button: While connected to the charger, briefly press the power button to troubleshoot charging problems.
  5. If the problem persists, reach out to Customer Support for further assistance.

Remember to charge your Healy regularly and wait until the green light goes off, indicating that charging is complete.
