Yes, in order to reach the paid-as title of Director again in the following month, all criteria of the Career Path must be fulfilled again. If you do not achieve this, your title will remain as a Career Title.

An Active Member must have at least one Rolling Device Point, i.e. one sale in 3 months. To be considered as a qualified Member, further criteria must be fulfilled, which you can find in detail in our Compensation Plan.

You can monitor the current qualification status in the “Rank Progress by Title” area at any time. The rank display is located in the back office in the “Rank Status” area, this corresponds to the conditions specified in the CAREER PATH. Please note “The Period” refers to the particular time period on which your qualifications

On the Startpage / Dashboard you can find several information about your current rank/title, your progress and the estimated “Payed As” rank  in the current month.
