Does the new HealAdvisor Analyse app work if I have VPN activated on my smartphone or tablet?

No, VPN blocks the connection between the new HealAdvisor Analyse app and the HealAdvisor Cloud. Without connection to the HealAdvisor Cloud the new HealAdvisor Analyse app cannot be used. Please deactivate VPN so the app con work properly.
