Prior to deleting your account, please follow the steps outlined below.
- Ensure all active subscriptions are canceled.
How to cancel subscriptions:
1. Log into your Shop account.
2. Click on “Subscriptions” in your shop dashboard and click on “View”.
3. Once you have accessed the subscription tab, please select the “Cancel” button.
This will immediately cancel your existing subscription(s), and they won’t renew on the next payment date.
- If you would like to continue using your Healy devices, you must create a new Retail Customer account under the same sponsor (referrer) and transfer your Healy devices to this new account. This is necessary as the devices require an account for communication with our servers. - Please ensure you withdraw all the funds from your E-wallet/iPayout account.
- For tax purposes, please download your bonus statements in the Backoffice.
