As a Retail Customer, if you would like to continue using your Healy devices, it is unfortunately not possible to delete your account, as the devices require an account for communication with our servers.
If you do not wish to continue using your Healy devices and would like to transfer your devices to another registered account, please follow the steps as outlined below.
- Ensure all active subscriptions are canceled.
How to cancel subscriptions:
1. Log into your Shop account.
2. Click on “Subscriptions” in your shop dashboard and click on “View”.
3. Once you have accessed the subscription tab, please select the “Cancel” button.
This will immediately cancel your existing subscription(s), and they won’t renew on the next payment date.
- Prior to initiating an account deletion request, ensure that you transfer your device(s) to another registered account of your choosing. (The registered email is required)
