Here’s how:

Let’s say Paul from Thailand wants to transfer his Healy device to his friend Chris in Australia.

Before initiating any device transfer, Chris needs to log in to his account, find his Healy ID under the “Device Transfer” tab and send it to Paul.

With that, Paul will only need to perform a few steps. After logging in, first click on “Device Transfer.” Then, expand the dropdown list to find the device available for transfer and click “Submit” to start the transfer.

On his side, Chris, the receiver, will have to accept the device transfer under the “Device Transfer” tab. Once done, Chris becomes the new owner of the Healy device.

Keep in mind that devices with active subscriptions, as well as demo devices, cannot be transferred.
