I get a Cloud Sync error in the HealAdvisor App, what can I do?

Please check if you correctly entered your email and password and that you are connected with Wi-Fi/mobile data. Also try to switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi. Check if there is a VPN blocker activated on your mobile device and if you have installed the newest HealAdvisor App version.
