I have met the FastStart criteria, but didn´t received the bonus for it. What is the reason?

Important Fast Start conditions: The Fast Start period is the month of your Enrollment and the following month and for some Fast Start bonuses the second following month. The devices must have been sold to at least one Customer, own purchases are not considered. The processing of your Fast Start always takes some time, as the Device Bonus is calculated only after the entire Fast Start period has expired and the 14-day return period after the last purchase must have expired as well.
