What can I do if I don’t see my newly registered/enrolled Independent Healy World Member (IHWM)/Customer in my downline?

Please contact the affected IHWM/Customer first and check if he used your correct referral link for the registration. Please also check the registration email he received. If it is an IHWM, please also verify the “Unplaced Partner” tab in your Backoffice under Business and Unplaced Partner. You have 7 days from registration date to place the new partner. Otherwise they will be placed automatically by the system. After that you can see them in your “Genealogy tree” under “Placement” or Dual Team”.

Check if you have received an Email-from the system, with the subject “Healy World – A new personally enrolled member joined your organization” or “Healy World – A new personally enrolled customer joined your customer list”. These Mails contain the needed information about new-joiners in your structure.
