The activation of the software and the shipment of earned devices always takes place after the qualification and evaluation of a promotion. This can take up to 6 weeks after the promotion ended.

These 6 weeks include, for example, return periods, cooling off period with data closure and evaluation, as well as approvals from our sales team.
