If the number of devices received is not what you expected, this can be due to several reasons.
Possible reasons for this are:
- Revocations of qualifying referrals in your downline
- Referred purchases were placed outside of promotion period.
- Referred purchases didn’t meet the promotion’s terms and conditions (please see flyers and newsletters)
- Orders status with “completed” and “processing” are being considered.
- Plenteous orders are placed, and some orders are being held due to members’ payments being unsuccessful that mostly happens on the last day of the month, affecting the sponsor.
