Why did I receive less devices than expected?

If the number of devices received is not what you expected, this can be due to several reasons.

Possible reasons for this are:

  1. Revocations of qualifying referrals in your downline
  2. Referred purchases were placed outside of promotion period.
  3. Referred purchases didn’t meet the promotion’s terms and conditions (please see flyers and newsletters)
  4. Orders status with “completed” and “processing” are being considered.
  5. Plenteous orders are placed, and some orders are being held due to members’ payments being unsuccessful that mostly happens on the last day of the month, affecting the sponsor.
