For Android, clear cache after reinstalling HealAdvisor App.<\/p>\n\n<p>Se i passaggi sopra riportati non funzionano:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Verificare le impostazioni dello smartphone<\/li><li>Assicurarsi che nessun&#8217;altra app sia in esecuzione in background (l&#8217;app Healy non pu\u00f2 essere eseguita contemporaneamente all&#8217;app di analisi)<\/li><li>Andare all&#8217;app di analisi per verificare che venga visualizzato il numero di serie<\/li><li>Controllare la connessione Wi-Fi, verificare la presenza di VPN, utilizzare una rete Wi-Fi diversa, provare a utilizzare i dati mobili<\/li><li>Verificare che l\u2019app non sia connessa a un altro dispositivo<\/li><li>Andare in un&#8217;altra stanza\/posizione senza altri dispositivi Bluetooth poich\u00e9
