In the case of a broken clip within the warranty period, where the holder on the Healy itself has not been damaged, there is the possibility that a replacement clip can be sent. This replacement clip then has to be attached by the user. To request the clip, please contact the support team. It is important that the request contains the serial number of the affected Healy and a photo of the defect. Watch the following video to get familiar with the exchange process of the clip.
