There are several possible causes:
1. The new customer is not registered as an Independent Healy World Member, but only as a customer. Customers are not visible in the tree.
2. The Independent Healy World Member has not yet been placed
3. The Independent Healy World Member has been placed in the tree and has an order that has not yet been paid for.
4. The Independent Healy World Member has ordered through another sponsor.
