I was given a video as support, but it is not in my native language.

If the videos sent to you were not in your native language, this can have two causes. Either the videos are currently not available in your native language, or the wrong videos were selected when we sent them to you. To check this you can search for the video title in our Vimeo account. If you are not sure, you can also contact the support directly and ask for the translation into the desired language, specifying the video title.
