If you don’t have a clear understanding of how your bonus is calculated, you should first consider the following things. There are bonuses that are paid weekly, monthly or quarterly, all of which can be found in the back office under “Performance Management”. There you can also see which period they are assigned to (Weekly Bonus Plan & Monthly Bonus Plan). For each bonus there are certain qualification conditions (criteria), which you can find in the current compensation plan. Please also note the return period for the sales.
