How do I change my Healy edition in the HealAdvisor App?

To change your Healy edition in the HealAdvisor App, go to Settings –> “Program groups” -> “Your Healy Edition” and select your desired combination of activated Healy program groups. Your IMF program recommendations include all selected program groups.

If I reinstall the HealAdvisor App, will the search results and IMF plan be deleted?

If you uninstall the HealAdvisor App, all local information is deleted. This includes your schedule, reminders, programs in the program pool, selected program groups on the Healy Edition screen, animal profiles, saved daily vitalization tips, nutritional type, intolerances, shopping list, wellbeing logbook entries and Healy Demo Experience progress.

I get a Cloud Sync error in the HealAdvisor App, what can I do?

Please check if you correctly entered your email and password and that you are connected with Wi-Fi/mobile data. Also try to switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi. Check if there is a VPN blocker activated on your mobile device and if you have installed the newest HealAdvisor App version.
