Each activity can be completed multiple times within the same day. However, once the day concludes, the activities from that day will no longer be accessible. Instead, users will be presented with different activities on the following day.

Yes, Members have the ability to enter and exit the Healy Demo Experience at their convenience and experience the activities available as a demo user.

No, the demo user will not have the option to log out. Only the Member will have the ability to end the Healy Demo Experience early (log out).

Do I need to have in-person contact with my sponsor to access the Healy Demo Experience?

Only the handover of the Healy device will require in-person contact as your sponsor will have to initiate the Healy Demo Experience. All other features and functionalities can be used remotely.
