If you are having trouble charging the MagHealy, check that the power adapter you are using to plug in the USB cable of the inductive charger can output 2 A. Switch the MagHealy and the charger off completely. Take the MagHealy off the charger, wait 20 seconds and put the MagHealy onto the charger in the middle again.
Note: At high room temperature, charging takes longer. When the charge indicator reaches 99%, battery maintenance is performed, which can take up to one hour. However, you can already use the MagHealy.
