I have successfully ordered but have not yet received a tracking ID.

You should find the tracking ID in your emails/SMS sent by our logistics provider before the shipment of your order was initiated. Therefore, first check in your account whether the correct e-mail and telephone number are stored. Then check the status of the order again in the shop under “My orders”. In case of a wrong email/phone number, you should contact the support directly. If the order was not successful, you can order again online. If the data is correct and the order is also marked as successful, but you still haven’t received a tracking ID or one that doesn’t work, check it again in around 24 hours.
