There is no registration process for the HealAdvisor Analyse App, as we are using the SSO functionality (Single Sign-On), allowing you to sign into all our apps and digital platforms with just your Healy World shop login data. After you connect to your Healy you will see the login screen where you can login with your Healy World shop e-mail address and password, even if you have never used the HealAdvisor Analyse App before. It is not possible to login with your Healy World Username, you can only use the Healy World shop e-mail address.
