The progress bar of the synchronization process is not linear. For example, at 10% a huge package may be transferring, taking up to several minutes. If it still does not continue after some time, the app should be closed and restarted. Now the loading process should be initiated again. Now the loading process should be restarted, if the problem occurs again check if you have installed the latest Healy Advisor Analyse APP version (in your Google Playstore or Apple Store).
