I have purchased a new programme, however there is no update available on my Healy App.

Please make sure you are connected to the internet and that you are logged in via the same Healy SN with which the module was purchased. If this is the case close the Healy app completely and restart it. Now please go to “Settings” and click “Check for updates”.

My Healy is not connecting to the Healy App. Bluetooth and connection problems.

In order to connect your Healy with your smartphone, Bluetooth must be active on your smartphonend your Healy must be fully charged. Additionally, your Healy must be close to the smartphone (<10m) and must not be connected to another smartphone. Also, location sharing must be enabled, as this is required for running Bluetooth Low Energy.
