This can have several reasons. 1. Some programs have only a few frequencies and are transmitted to the Healy so fast that the transmission can only be seen for a fraction of a second. 2. The program is still in the memory of the Healy because it has already been transferred. 3. If an error occurs during the transfer, please check if you have installed the latest version of the Healy App. If you still experience problems, perform a hardware reset on your Healy by pressing and holding the power button for 20 seconds.
