How can I synchronize my HealAdvisor Analyse App to have all my databases up-to-date?

The new HealAdvisor Analyse App synchronizes changes instantly and automatically, when there is an internet connection.

For the old HealAdvisor Analyse App there are different synchronization options:

  1. Automatic sync – automatic synchronization of latest changes to the Cloud will be done automatically every 30 minutes in the background. If enabled,
    it is not necessary to manually carry out any of the other synchronizations unless there is a sync issue.
  2. List sync – when synchronizing to the Cloud it uploads the lists as well. If disabled, lists will not be synchronized to the Cloud.
  3. Sync changes - manual synchronization of latest changes to the Cloud.
  4. Full synchronization - manual synchronization of all data between the Cloud and the app. If you miss a database, please connect to your Healy device and afterwards perform a full synchronization manually. You can find the option under “Settings/Cloud Setting” at the very bottom.

Sync options in the Demo mode are used for downloading important system databases and translations from the Cloud. These are necessary for the app to function properly. During the synchronization process, it will not upload any data from your smartphone.
