The Healy battery requires a few full charge cycles after a hardware reset and first use until the charge indicator is calibrated and shows the correct battery charging status. However, if the charge indicator is still not calibrated correctly, please do the following:

• Connect your Healy to a charger (preferably one with 5V/2A power) using the USB to Micro USB cable.
• While the Healy device is charging, briefly press the on/off button once. Now the green LED light should be on continuously and flickering periodically (this step is only necessary if charging does not complete within one day).
• Charge your Healy until the green LED light turns off.
• Now use your Healy until the battery is completely discharged and charge it again until the green LED light turns off.

After a few complete charging cycles, the battery should last for about 2-7 programs, depending on the programs, their duration and intensity. Do not perform a hardware reset for your Healy device unless really necessary. This will also reset the calibration of the battery and you need to repeat the above steps.
