My Healy Watch is not connecting to the Healy Watch App

For the connection to be possible, first make sure that the Healy Watch is not connected to another device. Please check that GPS/Location Sharing and Bluetooth are turned on on your smartphone and try connecting again. Make sure the correct Healy Watch is selected when you are asked to connect to a device.

If you have an iOS device, you will need to disconnect the Healy Watch from your smartphone:
a) Unpair in the app
b) Go to the Bluetooth settings of your iOS phone and click on “”Forget Device”” on the Healy Watch.
