- Turn OFF Bluetooth & Wi-Fi on smartphone
- Delete Healy app and/or HealAdvisorAnalyse app and/or HealAdvisor app
- Turn OFF smartphone
- Hard Reset Healy (press and hold power button for 15-20 seconds)
- Turn ON smartphone
- Turn ON Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
- Reinstall* Healy app and/or Analyse app and/or HealAdvisor app
*Make sure to enable all permissions when reinstalling the apps. For Android, clear cache after reinstalling HealAdvisor App.
If the steps above do not work:
- Check their smartphone settings
- Make sure no other apps are running in the background (the Healy app cannot run at the same time as Analyse app)
- Go to Analyse app to make sure the serial number is popping up
- Check Wi-Fi connection, check for VPN, use different Wi-Fi, try using mobile data
- Check that the app is not connecting to another device
- Go to a different room/location without other Bluetooth devices as they may cause interference
