General solutions for fixing problems

  1. Turn OFF Bluetooth & Wi-Fi on smartphone
  2. Delete Healy app and/or HealAdvisorAnalyse app and/or HealAdvisor app
  3. Turn OFF smartphone
  4. Hard Reset Healy (press and hold power button for 15-20 seconds)
  5. Turn ON smartphone
  6. Turn ON Bluetooth & Wi-Fi
  7. Reinstall* Healy app and/or Analyse app and/or HealAdvisor app

*Make sure to enable all permissions when reinstalling the apps. For Android, clear cache after reinstalling HealAdvisor App.

If the steps above do not work:

  • Check their smartphone settings
  • Make sure no other apps are running in the background (the Healy app cannot run at the same time as Analyse app)
  • Go to Analyse app to make sure the serial number is popping up
  • Check Wi-Fi connection, check for VPN, use different Wi-Fi, try using mobile data
  • Check that the app is not connecting to another device
  • Go to a different room/location without other Bluetooth devices as they may cause interference
