You can change your password in your shop account dashboard under “Account details” for this you need to be logged in. If you are not able to login then you need to use the “Forgot Password” function and then you can reset your password.
Changing the country should not occur if you are in the country where you are registered at the time of logging in. If you place your order from abroad, it may happen that this country is automatically set. We recommend to place the order only when you are back in the country of registration.
